The Memorial Day sales are starting to go live. If you've been waiting to pull the trigger on a pair of jeans, this is your window since most of these run through May 25 or 26 and petite sizes tend to sell out before the weekend is over.
Below is what we've confirmed directly on each brand's website as of Friday morning. If you haven't figured out your measurements yet, use the Jean Finder Tool before you shop to make sure you get the right size, especially if you're shopping a new brand.

(as of May 22, 2026)
American Eagle — 30-50% off AE and Aerie
AE has 30-50% all styles, not just clearance, which makes it a stronger deal than usual. AE has one of the widest selection of jeans for petite with a broad range of styles, curvy option, and inseam options short and extra short. Jeans normally $40–$138 are coming in at roughly $28–$97.
Petite tip: Extra Short inseam styles tend to sell out first, so prioritize those if that's your size.
Abercrombie & Fitch — 20–40% off almost everything
A&F's "Step Into Summer" sale is live now. All styles are included, which means their Extra Short inseam options are discounted too. Jeans normally run $80–$110. Similar to AE, A&F is another petite favorite because of the broad range, curvy option (called curve love), and inseam options short and extra short.
Petite tip: Extra Short inseam styles tend to sell out first, so prioritize those if that's your size.
Levi's — 30% sitewide and extra 40% off all sales styles
Levi's is running 30% off sitewide now. They don't have a dedicated petite line, but many of their cropped and ankle styles can work for shorter inseams (starting at 23.5"). Jeans normally run $65–$268, so 30% off makes even their premium styles much more accessible.
Banana Republic — 30% full priced purchase
Banana Republic's "Long Weekend" sale includes 30% off sitewide. Jeans normally run $120–$170. Their petite range is notable for having many cropped styles which could work for shorter petites. One jean worth checking out for petites is Mid-Rise 90s Loose Crop Jean which has an inseam of 24.5" in petite, and 26.5" in regular with a 10.75" rise.
Kut from the Kloth – 25% off sitewide
KTK has a 25% off sale for Memorial Day Weekend. KTK has a petite-specific line, and jeans normally run $99–$119, so 25% off brings them to roughly $74–$89. Their jean selection is not as large as the other big brands, but they have a broad range including inseams starting at 9" and 24" inseams on a couple cropped styles.
While these sales are not site-wide, they still cover a broad range of jeans and would be worth checking out.
Gap — up to 60% off, jeans from $27
While this is not a site-wide sale, it does cover a fair amount of jean styles. Make sure to select the specific wash and size category, since not all versions of a jean style are priced the same. Jeans normally running $60–$100 are starting at $27. One option on sale for petites is the Low Rise 90's Loose Jeans which has a 9" rise, 28" petite inseam and comes in many washes. Gap's petite inseam starts at 28"; for a shorter inseam, look at cropped styles or A&F / American Eagle short and extra short options.
These sales don't seem any better than other sales throughout the year, but if you have been eyeing a specific style, it could be worth at least checking if that particular style is on sale.
Madewell — Extra 30% off sale styles
J.Crew — 40% off select styles
Based on what we can confirm Mother, Paige, and Ruti do not appear to have Memorial Day sales this year. Quince prices their jeans at $50–$60 year-round and they don't run sales by design.
We'll update this post if more sales are confirmed or updated. Have a question or comment? Feel free to shoot us a message.
